Dallas Arboretum

To say I have been slacking on this blog is an understatement. I've gotten on here several times and just couldn't muster up the energy to even open my blog, much less write on it. :)  That's life I guess. Sometimes there are just more important things to do. However, this blog is important to me and it really helps me keep track of all the happenings in my baby boy's life so here goes.

Two weekends ago some family and I went to the Dallas Arboretum. I had never been to a pumpkin patch before and my mom talked about how beautiful it was the previous year and I really wanted to go. Prime time picture taking too of course. :)  That Saturday morning we headed over to Kris and Jill's new house to meet up with them and my parents. They just moved in to their new house and it is beautiful of course. Vince got to play with Scout for awhile, or should I say "around". They don't really play with each other yet. Right before we left, Vince went outside with Granny Jan and Daddy Mike. The poor thing tripped on his pant leg and landed face first on the concrete driveway. Needless to say he was not a happy camper. We put some ice on it but he still had a big knot on his forehead. So all of my pictures have this lovely bump in it. He was a trooper and had a blast anyway. It was a beautiful day and the weather was perfect. Here are some pics. Oh yeah and Keith didn't get to go. He had to work. :(

Ugh Dad! Let me go already!

Daddy Mike, I think you need two hats.

I don't want to take no stinkin pictures. I want to RUN!

Seriously, let me go.

You're really annoying me mommy.

And we're running!

And flipping

That was awesome!

This is the life.

We refuse to look at the camera together. As a matter of fact, we won't even look at each other!

See??

Dancing Machine

Got one!

See my boo-boo?
This boy LOVES his hats.

Aunt Jill and Miss Britain

These frogs spouting out water are SO cool!

Heck yeah they are!

I know it's a picture of butts but you have to look past the butts and look up at the awesome trees. :)
