15 weeks

I wasn't supposed to go to the dr. until next Tuesday but I called because I was cramping way more than normal and having contractions already. I couldn't sleep the night before last because they were happening so often. So they told me to come in so they could check me out. My cervix is closed up tight thank goodness and the baby is just fine. She told me this happens early in some people after the first baby. So I feel much better. Since my official appointment was so close, she said this could be our official appointment for 16 weeks. I was 15 weeks 4 days so no big deal at all. We also scheduled my gender scan for August 6th. I can't wait. I really have a feeling that this is another boy and I will be shocked if it is a girl. Keith and I can't agree on a boy name to save our lives. He hates everything I say and vice versa. So we might not know this ones name until closer to delivery if it's a boy.

I'm showing a lot quicker with this one. I've only felt a few flutters here and there. No kicks yet. It'll happen soon enough though. :) I've also been having really bad heartburn the last couple of days. Today has by far been the worst. I drank a small coke though and I'm pretty sure that's what pushed me over the edge. I've taken Tums today and milk but nothing seemed to work. So I looked online at natural remedies and one of them was to take a shot of Apple Cider Vinegar. I was desperate so I did. It was AWFUL! But it worked for a little bit and it made it feel better right away so I'm pretty sure I would do it again. :) 

By the way, I started this post last week but was too lazy to upload my picture from my phone so it sat here for a few days. :) I'm 16 weeks 3 days now. I go back to the doctor tomorrow for a blood draw. I'm so looking forward to that! :)
